Well done for finally getting to this point. We'll be thinking about you so, good luck.
As it happens we'll be doing similar in a few weeks as we have sold the house and are just trying to agree a completion date. Chances are it'll be around the 25th.

of course i should be frantically packing at this moment but.... well. we all need a break! z will be horrified when he realises that there is no desk left for his computer in a moment!!! oops, he just popped in and read that over my shoulder and is indeed horrified!
